Reservation Policies For Renters
To reserve a property, please
email us the following:
- Property Name/Area
- Dates of Interest
If we are able to confirm your desired dates, we
will email or mail you a contract. We require the following for a
reservation:
- Signed contract
- Deposit of 50% of the rental amount with contract
plus
$200 for damage/key deposit that will be refunded within two weeks upon return of the property
keys and confirmation of no damages to the unit.
- Balance is due approximately 45 days prior to the arrival
date.
- Cancellations prior to 45 days will be fully
refunded.
- Cancellations within 45 days are
non-refundable unless the unit can be rebooked.
- Bookings made less than 45 days in advance
are payable in full at time of booking.
- No refunds for no shows, late arrivals or
early departures.
- Availability is not guaranteed until the
contract and applicable deposits are received.
